RDM · Design and technology

01 / A purposeful presence

Website creation

Business website · Landing page · E-commerce

A website that reflects your brand and helps visitors take the next step. I structure content, design and navigation so your offer is easy to understand on any screen.

What improves for you

  • Present your business with identity and clarity.
  • Guide visitors towards an enquiry, a sign-up or a purchase.
  • Update your WordPress content independently.
Plan my website

What the work can include

  • Page structure and visual direction aligned with your project's goal.
  • Responsive design and WordPress development with editable content.
  • Forms and integrations within the agreed scope; for stores, a catalog, cart and checkout.
  • Navigation, accessibility and performance review, launch and guidance on using the site.

The format follows the goal: introduce your business, support a campaign or sell online. Store payments and shipping are configured around your operations.

02 / Fewer repetitive tasks

Website automation

Quizzes · WhatsApp · CRM · Email marketing

I connect what happens on your site with the tools you already use. From a quiz that identifies a need to an organized CRM contact, every workflow has a clear purpose and destination.

What improves for you

  • Reduce duplicate work when moving information between tools.
  • Organize contacts by interest and stage of the enquiry.
  • Keep the conversation going with relevant messages.
Plan my automation

What the work can include

  • Mapping triggers, data and stages in your chosen workflow.
  • A quiz or form with conditional logic and response routing.
  • WhatsApp, CRM and email marketing integrations, depending on each service's capabilities.
  • Delivery and failure testing, documented rules and guidance on monitoring the workflow.

Connections depend on each tool's APIs, permissions and plans. The project accounts for consent, opt-out options and responsible data use.

03 / The feature you need

Custom WordPress plugins

Business rules · Integrations · Dashboards

When a specific need calls for more than a standard setup, I build a WordPress extension for you. The feature fits your operations and integrates with the site experience.

What improves for you

  • Address a need that existing solutions don't handle well.
  • Make life easier for the people managing your site.
  • Keep the feature organized and maintainable.
Define my plugin

What the work can include

  • Requirements gathering and review of available alternatives.
  • A plugin with the screens, rules and integrations defined for the project.
  • Data validation, permission controls and testing in the agreed environment.
  • Installation package, plugin source code and documentation for use and maintenance.

Compatibility is assessed against your theme, plugins and software versions. New features and future updates have an agreed scope.

04 / Your idea in use

SaaS and web applications

MVP · User areas · Internal tools

I turn processes and ideas into tools that run in a web browser. From an internal dashboard to a SaaS product, I start with the essentials to get the solution into use and guide its growth.

What improves for you

  • Bring scattered information together.
  • Organize processes with interfaces designed for the people using them.
  • Validate the essentials before expanding the solution.
Plan my application

What the work can include

  • Mapping user journeys, business rules and MVP priorities.
  • Screen prototypes and application architecture.
  • Development of the interfaces, data and access roles included in the scope.
  • Core workflow testing, deployment and documentation for ongoing development.

Integrations, subscriptions and multi-company features are assessed for each product. The technology follows the requirements; WordPress isn't imposed on every application.

05 / The foundation for reliable operation

Server setup and management

Hosting · DNS · SSL · Backups · Performance

I organize the infrastructure behind your website or application. From hosting to backups, each setting is tailored to the application's needs and everyday maintenance.

What improves for you

  • Get infrastructure suited to your project's current stage.
  • Reduce domain, connection and configuration problems.
  • Plan for data recovery and identify bottlenecks.
Organize my infrastructure

What the work can include

  • Hosting assessment and setup or migration of the selected environment.
  • DNS setup, SSL certificate and HTTPS redirects.
  • Backup routine with agreed retention and a restoration test.
  • Cache and resource tuning, availability checks and access documentation.

Hosting and domain accounts stay under your control. Monitoring frequency, capacity and responsibilities are agreed for your environment.

06 / Care after handover

Maintenance, security and support

Updates · Protection · Fixes · Guidance

A website needs to keep working after launch. I handle updates, checks and fixes to reduce risks and make everyday operations easier.

What improves for you

  • Reduce outdated software and known vulnerabilities.
  • Get help with problems and questions about using your site.
  • Keep track of completed work and what needs attention.
Care for my website

What the work can include

  • Initial assessment of the site, access and areas needing attention.
  • Backups before changes and compatibility checks for updates.
  • Permission reviews, protective measures and checks of essential workflows.
  • Fixes and support within the agreed scope, with a record of changes and recommendations.

One-off support or ongoing maintenance, depending on your needs. Hours, channels and response times are agreed; round-the-clock availability is not promised.

07 / A structure that helps you get found

Technical and multilingual SEO

Indexing · Performance · Languages

I improve the technical foundation to make the site easier for people and search engines to understand. For other languages, I organize versions, URLs and navigation while keeping the experience consistent.

What improves for you

  • Reduce technical barriers to discovering your content.
  • Improve navigation and loading performance.
  • Serve audiences in other languages with a consistent structure.
Review SEO and languages

What the work can include

  • Assessment of crawling, indexing, structure and performance.
  • Updates to titles, descriptions, sitemaps, robots directives, canonical URLs and relevant redirects.
  • Multilingual setup with language-specific URLs, hreflang and a language selector.
  • Technical page review and guidance on monitoring the site in Search Console.

Translations are supplied or reviewed by professionals agreed on for the project. Technical SEO improves the conditions for search visibility but does not guarantee rankings or traffic.

Before we begin

Answers to help you decide.

Answers to help you understand the process, choose a direction and set expectations.

How do I know which service my business needs?

We start with what you want to achieve: introduce your business, generate enquiries, sell or organize operations. Then we assess what already exists and set priorities. You don't need to arrive with a technical solution.

Can I hire you for just part of a project?

Yes. We can work on a specific need, such as an integration or infrastructure change, or combine areas into a larger project. Deliverables, responsibilities and dependencies are agreed before work begins.

Do you work on existing websites?

Yes, after reviewing the environment, theme, plugins and available access. This shows what can be retained and what needs fixing. Changes are planned with backups and, where needed, a test environment.

How are timelines and deliverables defined?

Timing depends on scope, integrations, available materials and approval stages. We organize the work into clear deliverables and agree on the schedule before starting. Additional requests are assessed before being added to the project.

What do I need to provide to get started?

An introduction to your business, the project's goal and any available materials: visual identity, copy, images and references. Access is requested as needed for the service. If content is missing, its production is agreed during planning.

Will I be able to update my site afterwards?

For WordPress projects, content intended for editing is available in the dashboard, with guidance on using it. In custom applications, admin screens are defined in the scope. Structural changes or new features may require development work.

Are hosting, licenses and external tools included?

These dependencies are identified during planning. Domains, hosting, licenses and external platforms may require separate purchases and renewals. Accounts and each party's responsibilities are agreed before implementation.

How does support work after handover?

Handover includes the guidance and support period defined in the proposal. After that, we can arrange ongoing maintenance or one-off support. Channels, hours, response times and support limits are clearly set out in the scope.
