Who is responsible for your data
RDM is responsible for decisions about data received through this website. For privacy matters, use the contact form and select “Privacy and my personal data”. You do not need to purchase a service to use this channel.
What the form collects
We receive your name, email address, message, optional subject, submission date and acknowledgement of this policy. This data helps us understand and respond to your request. We do not ask for documents, passwords, payment details or sensitive information.</p>
<p>To prevent abuse, the form uses an identifier derived from the IP address with a secret key, retained for up to 10 minutes after the last accepted submission. This identifier is not part of the message. The server may also generate technical access logs for operation and security.
Why the data is used
Quote requests and project discussions are processed for steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Privacy requests are processed to meet legal obligations. Form protection serves the legitimate interest of keeping the service secure, with collection limited to that purpose.</p>
<p>Acknowledging this policy does not authorize advertising. The form does not subscribe you to newsletters or marketing lists.
Access, sharing and external services
Messages are stored in an inbox restricted to site administrators. Once a business email is configured, a notification may be sent to the person responsible without reproducing the message content. We do not sell data submitted through the form.</p>
<p>Hosting or email providers may process data needed to operate the service, depending on the services used. Legal obligations may also require sharing. If you follow an external link, such as WhatsApp, you will use another service governed by that provider's privacy rules. The form is not automatically integrated with those channels.
Retention and security
The inbox retains messages for up to 180 days from receipt, with deletion through a daily routine. Data needed for an agreed project, a legal obligation or the exercise of rights may be kept in separate service records for as long as that purpose requires.</p>
<p>Access to messages is restricted. We use input validation, protection against repeated submissions and access controls. No system is risk-free. Backups and provider logs follow the environment's retention cycle; deletion requests must also account for those copies.
Cookies and preferences
This business website does not install advertising tools, embedded maps or audience analytics. Portfolio filtering takes place on the page, without cookies or browser storage.</p>
<p>WordPress may use necessary cookies in authentication and administration areas. The public form does not depend on marketing cookies. If new tools change these conditions, this policy must be updated and, where needed, a specific choice will be provided before they are activated.
Your rights and how to make a request
You may request confirmation and access to your data, correction and, where applicable, anonymization, blocking, deletion and portability. You may also request information about sharing and withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Requests are free; we may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. If our response does not resolve the issue, you may contact Brazil's data protection authority, the ANPD.
